Vader Factory

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order electronically through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and to our Distance Sales Agreement.

1. General Terms

All products sold by Vader Factory are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within a maximum legal period of 30 days unless otherwise specified. If delivery does not occur within this period, the customer may cancel the order.

All products must be delivered:

  • Complete and undamaged

  • In accordance with the specifications stated in the order

  • Including any applicable documentation (if provided)

If the sale of a product becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified in writing within 3 days, and the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

2. Non-Payment

If the customer fails to complete payment or the transaction is canceled by the bank, Vader Factory is not obligated to ship the product.

3. Unauthorized Credit Card Use

If, after delivery, it is determined that the payment was made using an unauthorized credit card and the bank does not transfer the payment to Vader Factory, the customer must return the product within 3 days. Return shipping costs in this case will be covered by Vader Factory.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

If delivery cannot be completed due to force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, logistics disruptions, government actions, etc.), the customer will be informed.

The customer may choose to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Request a replacement product

  • Postpone delivery until the issue is resolved

If canceled:

  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded within 14 days.

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the issuing bank within 14 days (processing time may vary depending on the bank).

5. Customer’s Inspection Obligation

The customer must inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged (torn, crushed, opened), it must not be accepted from the courier.

Accepted deliveries are considered undamaged and in good condition.

After delivery, the customer is responsible for protecting the product properly.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without legal penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Vader Factory in writing via email within the 14-day period.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal cases are covered by Vader Factory unless otherwise specified.

Conditions for Withdrawal

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must not be damaged.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories must be included.

  • The invoice must be returned with the product.

If the invoice was issued to a company, a return invoice must be provided.

Refund Process

Once the withdrawal notice is received:

  • The refund will be processed within 10 days.

  • The returned product must be sent back within 20 days.

If the product has decreased in value due to misuse, the customer may be liable for the depreciation amount.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products custom-made according to the customer’s specifications

  • Personalized seat covers (custom color, stitching, logo, etc.)

  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons

  • Digital products delivered electronically

  • Services that have already begun with customer approval

Since many Vader Factory seat covers may be produced according to customer preferences, such products may not be eligible for return under international consumer regulations.

Late Payment & Legal Consequences

If the customer defaults on credit card payments, they are responsible to their issuing bank under their credit agreement.

In case of delayed payment obligations, the customer agrees to compensate any damages incurred by Vader Factory.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer (EFT / Wire Transfer)

  • Credit Card (single payment or installment options where available)

For online credit card payments, the amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
