These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to all terms stated below.

1. Parties

By confirming an order, the Buyer accepts the obligation to pay the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.

2. Legal Basis

This Agreement is governed by:

  • Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502

  • Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188)

  • Applicable Turkish commercial legislation

For international customers, local consumer protection laws may also apply where mandatory.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website.

All listed prices are retail prices.
Prices remain valid until updated.
Promotional prices are valid only within the specified campaign period.

4. Product Information

Product specifications (type, model, compatibility, color, material, quantity) are described on the product page.

The total price including VAT (if applicable), shipping costs, and payment details are displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer (EFT/Wire)

  • Credit Card (single payment or installment where available)

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

If payment is not completed or is canceled by the bank, the Seller is not obligated to ship the product.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.

If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the Buyer may cancel the order.

Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package.
Damaged packages must not be accepted from the courier.

Accepted deliveries are deemed undamaged.

7. Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, customs delays, logistics interruptions, government restrictions, etc.).

In such cases, the Buyer may:

  • Cancel the order

  • Request a replacement

  • Postpone delivery

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email) within 14 days.

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Not installed

  • Not damaged

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include invoice and accessories

Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

9. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (including custom color combinations, stitching, logos, or made-to-order seat covers)

  • Products manufactured upon customer request

  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Digital products delivered electronically

  • Services started with customer approval

Since many Vader Factory seat covers are produced specifically per order, such items may not be eligible for return under Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts.

10. Returns & Exchanges Policy

For non-custom standard products, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is brand new

  • Installation has NOT been attempted

  • The item is returned in original box

  • The product is folded carefully and protected

  • No damage occurred

Items that show installation attempt will not be accepted.

After installation, no return or exchange is possible.

Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered by the Seller unless the product is defective.

11. Warranty

We guarantee the workmanship and material quality of our products for 6 months from the purchase date.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Incorrect vehicle compatibility selection

We are not responsible for installation.

Our liability is limited strictly to the product itself.

12. Unauthorized Credit Card Use

If payment was made using an unauthorized credit card and the bank does not release funds to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product within 3 days. Return shipping in such cases will be covered by the Seller.

13. Customs & International Shipping

For international orders:

  • The Buyer is responsible for customs clearance

  • Import duties, taxes, and local charges are the Buyer’s responsibility

  • We do not provide customs brokerage services

14. Default & Legal Consequences

If the Buyer defaults on payment obligations, they are responsible under their agreement with the issuing bank.

The Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for damages caused by delayed or unpaid obligations.

15. Jurisdiction

For disputes arising under Turkish law:

Consumer disputes shall be resolved before:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees

  • Consumer Courts

within the monetary limits determined under Law No. 6502.

For international sales, disputes may be subject to Turkish Courts unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.

16. Acceptance

By completing payment on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
